Company History
RA Laird began as a small agricultural contracting business in 1973. What started with a single tractor and a commitment to helping local farms has grown into a trusted, family-run company offering groundworks, civil engineering, plant hire, haulage, aggregates and agricultural services across Perthshire, Tayside and the Highlands.
In 2011, Laird Contractors Ltd was established to focus on plant hire, expanding our capability while keeping the same personal approach that has always set us apart. Today, our skilled team and modern fleet allow us to deliver projects of every size, from farm roads and drainage to large-scale site preparation and machinery transport.
